Qualimet holds CWB Structural Steel Welder Testing days at its facility at 7817 Coronet Road in Edmonton, Alberta.

2010 test dates are EVERY FRIDAY, EXCEPT FOR:
- April 2 - Good Friday
- December 24 - Christmas Eve
- December 31 - New Years Eve
Testing starts at 8:00am.

Qualimet maintains a 2000 sq ft. weld testing facility at its headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta. The testing centre is used for welder performance qualification testing and for developing welding procedures for Qualimet's clients.
The fully equipped welding test centre includes:

10 individual welding booths with all related equipment
-
machining equipment for preparation and testing of welding coupons
-
hardness, tensile, bend, and impact testing machinery
-
portable bend, nick break, and tensile testers for welder testing in the field
Qualimet is accredited to perform welder qualification tests in accordance with ABSA, ASME, CSA, API Codes, and CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) Welder Test Specifications.
We have certified Pressure Welding Examiners on Staff. Pressure welders can easily book welding examinations for:

"C" Pressure Welder Certificate of Competency

"B" Pressure Welder Certificate of Competency)

Machine Welding Operator Certificate of Competency
